Risk assessment

 

This is my risk assessment chart that ensures people on set work accordingly to ensure that they do not get injured or put their life at risk or anyone else's. I chose this particular layout as it ensured that I list the risk factor rate and how I can adapt safety measurements. 

Preforming a risk assessment helped me understand how vital it is to take precautions on a set and that essentially as a producer/ director you have the ultimate responsibility in the film industry to set guidelines and ensure the safety and wellbeing of the whole crew.
