Here are some of the facts and figures I found when researching information on plastic bottle consumption. This proved very insightful and intriguing to look into. I will refer back to this blog when producing my documentry so that I can integrate some of these fascinating facts to inform my documentry viewers.   


1907 was when plastics were invented by Dr. L. H. Backerland

It takes 22 gallons of water to make one pound of plastic
