What is a risk assessment

 

I looked into what a risk assessment is and why it is so important as I want to ensure the safety of the the crew and the actors when shooting this horror introduction. In every production there has been a copy of one of these to ensure the safety of the crew and ensure that there is a lower chance of being sued.
