Barthes's codes used to analyse the conjuring 2 poster

 

Today on this blog we will be using Ronald Barthes's codes the analyse the conjuring 2 film poster. To view the video please click here. The presentation I have put together is a first attempt of my analysing a horror poster and picking out the key themes shown by the poster. I found it very interesting to analyse and by doing this it helped me to understand more representations and how to present key themes through a single image.
